Wayne Edward Fults, age 66, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 in Louisville, Tenn. He was an alumnus of Mississippi State University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where he studied in the fields of pastoral ministry and counseling. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Fults. He is survived by his son James Fults, (Debbie) of Casa Grande, Ariz.; daughter Elaine Barnes, (Dan) of Sioux City, Iowa; eight grandchildren: Elizabeth, Joshua, Anna, Miriam, Cora, Kaylee, Collin, and Brayden; mother Virginia Fults (Madding) of Jackson, Tenn.; sisters Sandra McGee, (Carl) and Gail Fults of Jackson, Tenn.; nephew Chris McGee, (Wendy) of Camden, Tenn.; and niece Holly Chilcutt, (Bradford) of Brownsville, Tenn. Wayne was a long time employee of Behavioral Health Group where he worked as an opioid addiction counselor. There he touched the lives of many patients and his fellow coworkers. He supported his friends and never wavered in his stalwart beliefs. He enjoyed the outdoors, lakes, and the Smokey Mountains and loved to feed the fish and enjoy the quiet along the Little River.
