Terry Lee Fields, 62, of Alcoa, TN passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020. Terry was born on September 11, 1957 in Columbus, GA. After high-school, he went on to receive an LPN and a Constitution 101 Certification from Hillsdale College. Throughout life, Terry worked as a builder, carpenter, entrepreneur and musician. He had poetry published in the National Poetry Society, and wrote and produced the solo album "Afraid of the Dark" He is preceded in death by his parents Homer Lee and Mary Katherine Fields; Grandparents on both sides; Aunts and Uncles. Terry is survived by his wife Ronda Fields; Children Joshuah Lee Fields, Jon William Fields and Caroline Collins; Grandchildren Kennedy Bird and Joshuah Fields; Siblings Michelle Fields-Cook, Nikki Cook, Samantha Salain and Mitchell Salain. Terry was many things in his life; a musician, a tradesman, a poet, but perhaps most importantly, a husband, a father, and a friend. His bountiful love and generosity are at the foremost of his spoken about exploits. Whether it was because he helped someone in a time of need, loved someone when it seemed like no one could, cracked his wise remarks and jokes, or just shared his immense wealth of stories and life experience, no one could ever forget his kind, genuine heart. He truly left life-long impressions on everyone he ever met and always challenged people to be their best. “…I’ll be right there, I’ll never leave. All I ask of you, is believe.”
