Ralph Thomas Copenhaver

Ralph Thomas Copenhaver passed away peacefully on February 9, 2024, at the age of 73. A father, musician, artist, and dentist, Ralph had numerous hobbies and touched many people’s lives. He was born in Etowah, TN, and raised in Juneau, AK. He graduated the University of TN with a Bachelor’s degree and later with a D.D.S. 

Ralph went on to run several successful dental practices in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. His artistic skills shone in his professional skills and in hobbies. He is survived by his 3 children, Claire, Katie, and Kyle. The family will receive friends at Fountain City UMC on Feb. 17 at 4 pm with a service to follow at 5:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Gateway Metro Drug Coalition and Knox Area Rescue Ministries, with whom Ralph volunteered his time and resources.
