Mr. Philip Arnold Cartwright

Philip Arnold Cartwright, 73, of Alcoa, Tn passed away Monday, May 27, 2019. Philip spent time serving in the US Army and later went on to serve with the United States Postal Service as a mail handler. He was an active member of the Mailhandlers Union. Philip is survived by his partner, Sharon Cain, son Salathyel Fair, daughter Coryell Griffen, stepdaughter Christina Crush, and grandchildren Teighlor Cartwright and Philip Cannon. Philip will be buried at the East Tennessee Veteran’s Cemetery, 2200 East John Sevier Highway 168, Knoxville, TN, Wednesday, June 5, 2019, 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or Wounded Warrior Project.
