Mr. Paul A. Koenig

Paul A. Koenig, age 78 of Maryville, TN went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, with loving family by his side. He was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Friendsville, TN. Paul was born on August 8, 1943, to Ruth (Ellerbrake) Koenig and C. Owen Koenig in St. Louis, MO. He is survived by his devoted wife Ann (Kretschmer), Koenig, his loving children, Peter (Theresa), Timothy (Erin), and Skye Taluc (Bill), 10 wonderful grandchildren, his brother Gary, and many loving nieces and nephews. Paul proudly served his country as a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne. He was an independent driver for Bekins Van Lines for many years and went on to drive for several other companies and became a trainer and safety manager for Allied Van Lines.
