Mickey Lane Donovan

Mickey Lane Donovan, born December 10th, 1937 in Maryville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday April 25th, 2022. She was beloved by many. Mickey is survived by her children, Skip Dye, Andrea Carpenter and husband Joel, Dustin Dye and wife Leslie, and her special son, Matthew Dye and girlfriend Kacie Metcalf. Mickey is also survived by her grandchildren, Madalyn and Jordan McCullough, Joshua Carpenter, Conner Dye, and many dear nieces and nephews. She is also survived by one sister, Peggy Pryor, and husband Bill Pryor. Mickey was preceded in death by her parents, Mable and Andy “Doc” Lane, her sister, Sara Adkins, her special cousins, J.T., Mayford, and Olin Lane, and her grandchild, Kelsey Dye. Mickey would not have wanted any special words to be written about her, but her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue in the hearts and minds of everyone she touched. A service to celebrate the life and legacy of Mickey will be held at a later date.
