Mrs. Mary Charles Slater

Mary C. Slater, age 76, of Tallassee passed away at home on July 6, 2018. Mary was born on August 21, 1941 in Greenback, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents Carl and Iva Mae Raines, her sister Carol Bain, brothers Leonard Raines and Clarence Raines, son Edmond Law and son-in-law James Nash, Jr. Mary is survived by her husband John Slater, daughters Sandra Lovell (James) and Sherry Nash (Mike Lear), grandchildren Kendra Johnson, Nora Lovell, Mariah Price, Brandon Kasemeyer, Terry Price Jr, James Nash IV and Keith Nash, great grandchildren Sophia Jordan, Olivia Price, Emma Nash, Aiden Nash, Bentley Nash, Benjamin Nash, Allison Herren, Gavin Johnson, Brooklyn Kasemeyer, Payton Nash and Wyatt Nash, as well as many more family and friends. Mary loved her children and grandchildren, who love her dearly in return. She will be sorely missed by all. You are gone, but NEVER forgotten. There will no services at this time.
