Mr. John A. Gerstner

John A. Gerstner, 67, of Maryville, went home to be with Jesus on November 2, 2018. John was born on November 28, 1950 to Patty (Neff) and John E. Gerstner who have preceded him in death. John was married to Elaine for 22 years. They shared many wonderful adventures together. John was brother to Jenny, Cole and Cheryl. John was father to Alisha, Marc, Amanda, Matthew, Amanda and Eric. John was grandfather to Chelsea, Zach, Derek, Cassidy, Deven, Savannah, Rebekah, Hunter, Abbie, Ethan and Emma. He was great-grandfather to Kennedy and Kayden. John was uncle to Shanda (Dustin), Hannah (Ryan), Alyson (Mike), and Alan (Sheri). He was great-uncle to Kayleigh, Katie, Keagen, Kelsey, Kole, Kiah, Nick, Markus and Henry. There will be a Celebration of John’s Life on December 2, 2018 hosted by Ray and Vicky McCoy, 1818 Camp Avenue, Lima, OH from 1-3pm.
