A Tribute to Jerry Elliott

Jerry Elliott, also known as Brother to most who knew him, had a heart as big as the sky. He lived with kindness, always willing to help, give the shirt off his back, and share his love for Jesus in both words and actions.

Jerry found strength in his faith, holding tightly to Romans 8:28—“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.” He not only believed these words but lived them, using his own life’s adventures and lessons to help others find hope and purpose.

Family, to Jerry, was never just about blood—it was about love. He had a way of making everyone feel like they belonged, welcoming people into his life with open arms and an open heart. His greatest joy was his beloved son, Coltenn, but his love extended far and wide, embracing countless friends and loved ones as family.

He had a gift for bringing joy, always making people smile and laugh, even in their darkest moments. No matter what someone was going through, Jerry had a way of lifting their spirits with his humor, warmth, and unwavering support.

Music was his soul’s language, and he could play just about anything, but the guitar was his true love. He played from the heart, pouring his emotions into every note, bringing joy and comfort to those around him.

We are broken by this loss, but we find comfort knowing that he now lives on in heaven and in the hearts of everyone who loved him. His faith, his music, and his laughter will echo through our lives forever.

Rest easy, Brother. You are loved and missed beyond measure. We will see you again.
