Mr. James Latham "Lacey" Romines

James Latham Romines (Lacey) passed away May 17th at UT Hospital. Lacey was a member of Laurel Bank Baptist Church, and had been employed at Food City. Lacey was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Pauline (Polly) Covington Romines. He leaves behind his guardians (after his father’s death) Charles and JoAnn Bailey, other relatives and special friends, Jr. Tyler and Pam Eggars. A Memorial Service will be held at Laurel Bank Baptist Church on Friday, May 19th at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Lacey to the Blount County Special Olympics, 316 S Everett High Rd, Maryville, TN 37804.
