Mr. James William Downs

James William downs born September 9.1943 in Maryville TN . William passed away November 1. 2018 surrounded by family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce Myers Downs, mother Thelma Miller Downs, father Hayden Downs and sister Betty Downs Robinson. He is survived by his step son Stevie Myers, sister Dorthy Barker, grandson Evan Myers, great grandson Karter Myers, special friend David Marlow, and lots of nieces and nephews. William graduated from Heritage High School and was a Vietnam Veteran and a painter. Services will be Sunday November 4, 2018 at 8260 State Hwy 73 Townsend TN at 1pm with family and friends.
