James Alan Burnette

James Alan Burnette, 35, originally from Sylacauga, AL. passed away December 2nd at his home in Maryville, TN. He is survived by daughter Skylar Burnette and son, Leighton Burnette, both of Maryville. His mother and stepfather, Rita and Ricky Shirey of Talladega, AL, adopted father, Gary (Hawkbill) Blair of Fayetteville. AL., siblings Justin Burnette, Josh Thornton, Chris Burnette, Chad Maness, Miles McLaughlin and Candy McLaughlin; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by special friend, Sierra Harris. Cremation was arranged by Cremation by Grandview in TN. A memorial service for friends and family will be held January 5, 2022 at 6pm Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church with Daniel Dean officiating.
