Hubert A. Tucker, 85 of Friendsville, died Thursday, October 29th, at Morning View Transition Center. He was born in Maryville, TN on February 12th, 1930 son of the late Ed and Mabel Tucker of Friendsville. Hubert retired from Beaty Chevrolet in Knoxville and was well know in the auto trade. His friendliness and kindness is a tribute to his soul. He never told anyone goodbye without saying “call me if you need anything”. He was married to Betty Finger Tucker whom passed away in 1983. Hubert then married Constance Chadwick whom had a child Lori Leah and is preceded in death by both. He is survived by sisters Doris Rule and Betty Robinson, daughter Kim Robinette and son Jeff Tucker and his wife Diane. His grandchildren: Erin Robinette, Hollie Tucker, and Justin Russell and his great grandson Nicholas Russell. The family would like to recognize Kim Jones who was like a daughter to him and was always there to help. Per his wishes Hubert will be cremated. A private family service will be held on Friday, November 6th at the VA Cemetery in Knoxville. On Saturday, November 7th a Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Kim Robinette from 12 to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
