Harold was passionate about his faith, family, and friendships. He was a caring and generous father and grandfather who worked each day to strengthen his relationships with God, his children Geoffrey and Bonnie, and the mother of their children and former wife Mary Anne. He spent his retirement years embraced by the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains and the love of his friends at Tuckaleechee United Methodist Church and neighbors in the Laurel Valley Community.
