Gregory Allen McCulloch, Jr., 40 years young, passed away in a tragic single ATV accident on Friday, September 16, 2022, doing what he loved, surrounded by four of his four-legged fur friends.
A 2000 graduate of Greenback High School, and a dedicated operations specialist employee of Metro Knox Airport Authority, Gregory was a hunter and fisherman who lived life to the fullest. He loved nothing more than hunting, fishing, and his family and friends. His smile was contagious. He gave 110% of everything he did in his short life.
Preceded in death by his papaw John McCulloch, papaw Earl True, and mother-in-law Fran Potter. Survived by his soulmate, best friend, and wife Haley Potter-McCulloch; his biggest fan and who looked up to him daily, was his favorite hunting buddy and pride and joy for a short 10 years, son Mason McCulloch; his parents Greg and Cindy McCulloch; grandparents Bernalee True and Phyllis (Doug) Coffey; brother Josh (Nikki) McCulloch; father-in-law Gary Potter; sister-in-law Kim Potter; niece Skye McCulloch; nephew Kayden McCulloch; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up for Mason at Alcoa Tenn Federal Credit Union. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 1505 Carpenters School Rd, Maryville, TN from 2-4pm. Please stop by to share a memory or two.
