Gina McConkey McMillon

Gina McConkey McMillon, age 65, went home to be with Jesus on May 19, 2023, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Larry and Otellah “Hap” McConkey.

She loved the Lord and her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jerry Lee McMillon of Maryville; her children, daughter Amanda Wolfe (Jason) Horn of Maryville and son Jeffrey Wolfe, Jr. of Riceville; grandsons Caleb Horn of Athens and Jared Horn of Maryville; brothers Bill (Jane) McConkey of Etowah and Chip (Brigitte) McConkey of Oak Harbor, Washington; sister Chan (Randy) Risner of Flower Mound, Texas; sister-in-law/brother-in-law Tammy & Hector Zeno of Maryville; and several nieces & nephews.

Her family would like to thank the Home Health and Hospice staff of Blount Memorial for their excellent care during this time. They would also like to thank Susie McAlister and Sandy Gordon for their love and care.

At Gina’s request, there will be no formal service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Gina’s name to the National MS Society at www.nationalmssociety.org in the hopes that one day there will be a cure.
