Eileen Mount of Seymour, TN, passed away on June 5th, 2024. Born on October 19th, 1958, Eileen was a graduate of Piper High School and received her Master’s Degree from Florida State University.


Eileen loved her niece, nephew, great-niece, and great-nephews. Her heart overflowed with pride for their accomplishments, which she often shared with friends and co-workers.


As a dedicated CPA who retired from Edgewater Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN, Eileen exemplified professionalism and held the utmost respect for her colleagues. Her commitment to her work and her unwavering support for those around her left a lasting mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.


In the hearts of those she loved and the lives she touched, Eileen's legacy will forever shine with the light of her kindness and dedication.


Eileen is preceded in death by her father Bernard S. Sundberg, grandmother Ann M. Smith, grandfather James E. Smith, grandmother Jean Nicoletti, step-grandfather Alfred Nicoletti, and aunt Kathleen Carlstrom Cifelli. She is survived by her mother Ann Sundberg, brother Sandy Sundberg (Dennis Monique), sister Teresa (Matthew) Corcoran, brother Kenneth Sundberg, niece Jamie Corcoran, nephew Patrick (Brittany) Corcoran, great niece Bailee Corcoran, great nephews Oliver and Henry Corcoran, and many loving cousins and friends.


A Celebration of Life for Eileen will be scheduled at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at the link below or 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
