Curtis Clay “Tank” Moneypenny, Sr., 66, of Maryville, died Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Blount Memorial Hospital, Maryville.
He was born June 10, 1956, in Grantsville, WV, the son of the late Robert Clay and Olive Hicks Moneypenny, and was a retired truck driver.
Surviving are three brothers, Jim Moneypenny, Robert Moneypenny, and David Moneypenny; one sister, Regina Zoller; three sons, Curtis Clay Moneypenny, Jr., Seth Paul Moneypenny, and Ethan Hunter Moneypenny; grandchildren Avery Charles Clay Moneypenny, Justin Doyle Moneypenny, Chloe Irene Moneypenny, Adelyn Grace Moneypenny, and Eren Selen Moneypenny; and great-grandchildren Dawson William Clay Moneypenny and Sheppard Kenneth West.
