Mrs. Connie D. Garner

Connie Drummonds Garner of Knoxville, TN was a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She went to be with the Lord on May 19, 2021 at the age of 72. Connie was preceded in death by parents Leonard Virgil and Retha Drummonds and twin brother Ronnie Drummonds. She is survived by husband James Garner, brother and wife Roy and Sue Drummonds, sister Faye Jones, sons and wives Rick and Karen Beard, Glenn and Bronwyn Beard, daughter-in-law Beth Beard. Grandchildren Amanda and Matthew Gibbs, Meghan and Trevor Hicks, Samantha Beard and Danny Milas, Jessica Beard and Derek Weaver, Madison and Patrick Cagle, and Nathan Beard. Ten great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Micah, Ezekiel, and Adalyn Gibbs, Maylee Hicks, Colton Cagle, Brady and Cory Milas, Aiden and Eliza Fish. Two nephews and one niece. Family is holding a private service at her family church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
