Mr. Charles Franklin Thatcher

Charles Franklin Thatcher, of Maryville, Tennessee, passed away on April 24, 2019. He was 56 years old. Charles is survived by his mother, Charley Anne Thatcher; sons, James and Chuck Hatcher; brother, Kenneth (Robin) Thatcher; sister, Rachel (Donnie) Holliman and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bessie and William Earl Thatcher and Joe Mike and Edna Shipwash also his father, Buddy Thatcher. Charles was retired from the City of Alcoa.
