Catherine Elizabeth Meredith

Catherine Elizabeth Meredith, born March 13, 1961 in Waynesville, NC, passed away due to Covid on January 2, 2023, surrounded by family.  She is preceded in death by her mother Patricia G. Cable, father Gerald Mashburn, stepfather J.D. Cable and sister Jaynice Cable.  Beth is survived by her son Joshua Jenkins (Jessica Dineen), daughter Jamie Carroll, sister Patrice Jordan (Shelby Eggers), brother Shannon Cable, grandchildren Taya Caulum, Jaden and Lucas Young, Cade Wise, Madilynne Wilburn and Jocelynn Jenkins, great grandchild Kinsley Glover, nieces Brianna Icenhower and Aeowyn Jordan, nephews Zayden and Jameson and special friends Cathy Potter, Pat Cooper and all the girls from Heaven Sent.  There will be a Celebration of Beth’s Life on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 4pm at the Lord’s Disciples Ministries (2002 Old Knoxville Pike, Maryville, TN  37804).  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to an addiction resource center of your choice.  A very special Thank You to Heaven Sent Home.  “Are you always a smartass?  Nope, sometimes I’m asleep!”
