Carrie Elizabeth Thompson-Cox, age 41, of Greenback, TN passed away on February 25, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion. Born in Savannah, Ga. on August 4,1983, to Deborah C. Haymore and John F. Hiott. Carrie's life was a shining testament to the transformative power of love and selflessness. As a devoted stay-at-home mom, she poured her heart and soul into nurturing her four precious daughters. Her thoughtful, caring and loving nature had a profound impact on all who knew her, and her ability to make anyone smile with her good character and witty humor was a gift. Though her time with us was cut short, Carrie's unwavering spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us, reminding us to cherish every moment and to live life to the fullest. Her memory will be a blessing to all who loved her, and she will be deeply missed.
Carrie is survived by her fiancé Mike Cox, her daughters Isabell Hoolahan, Savannah Thompson, Summer Thompson and Mikayla Cox, her grandsons Grayson and Matthew Hoolahan, her parents Deborah C. Haymore and John F. Hiott, her siblings Paul Hiott, Marcia Simpson, Kimberly Hiott, David Hiott and Amanda Estes, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Join us for a Celebration of Life in her honor, as we come together to share memories of Carrie, with lunch provided, and semi-casual attire, to uplift and inspire each other on March 15, 2025, at 12pm in the Fellowship Hall of The Holiday Hill Church, located at 730 Mandalay Road, Jacksonville, Fl. 32216.
