Mr. Benjamin Scott "Scooter" Ervin

Benjamin Scott “Scooter” Ervin, age 56, left this earth to be with his heavenly Father on April 26, 2019. He was a very special soul with a passion for anything outdoors. He lived his life to the fullest and loved hunting and fishing with his wife and his friends. Scooter had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He loved and was loved dearly by all his family and his many friends. Scooter is preceded in death by his grandparents George and Pauline Ervin, and Burl and Dorothy Miller. He is survived by his loving wife Annette Ervin, dog-daughter Bella, parents B.L. and Peggy Ervin, sisters Penny Morelock (Larry) and Robin Deatherage (Bobby), sister and brother in law Elaine and Jim Law, nieces and nephews Christopher Morelock (Jenny), Christie, Nicole and Cole Fritz, and Hadley Hartley, and life-long friends Wade Reagan, Terry Carney, Clifford Irwin and Danny McCollum. A Celebration of Scooter’s Life will be held Tuesday, May 7th from 6-8pm at Faith Encounter Church, 2342 Duncan Road, Maryville, TN 37803.
