Mr. Anthony J. Petroski

Anthony “Tony” John Petroski, 92, passed away on November 29, 2018. He was born on October 31, 1926 in West Frankfurt, Illinois. Tony was a quiet man with a sense of humor that surprised many. He loved his family and was a wonderful, devoted husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Donna A. Petroski; daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Joe Sullivan; sister-in-law, Zita Petroski and a niece and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ollie Petroski; son, Robert D. Petroski; siblings Joe Petroski, Charles Petroski, Julia Moughan and Dorothy Buchanan. Tony attended Northwestern University and was employed by United Airlines for 35 plus years. He was also a WWII Army Veteran, who was stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii after the war ended. In keeping with the wishes of Tony, there will be no funeral services.
